Yes- We now offer shipping all over the US! Shipping is via LTL shipping services and typically takes 2-8 weeks. Once you're ready to place your order please contact us to get a customized shipping rate based on your furniture selections. Your shipping invoice will then be billed to you seperately once your order is placed. Thanks

No. All furniture will arrive unassembled. Albany Park furniture is designed for easy transport and assembly.

Our return policy is simple. There are no refunds, but we do offer the ability to exchange. Swap fee applies. Please inquire within for further details.

Yes. We back our products with a 90-day warranty that covers manufacturing defects. Certain exclusions apply - warranty does not cover damage caused by consumers. We do understand that accidents happen, so if you require assistance with damages that are not manufaturing defects, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Delivery costs can vary based on several factors. There is a $200 standard fee that covers the Dallas metro area (within 15 miles of the store & 3 per mile thereafter). **(Delivery for our New Orleans location will work the same as the delivery in Dallas, $200 for the first 15 miles from store & 3 per mile thereafter.)

Our furntiure is in high demand, so there may be items that are out of stock. Our website will allow you to pre-order these items. This means that your order will be filled when the items arrive at our warehouse, prior to us making them available for sale. Our popular items can sell out FAST. Pre-ordering is the only way to make sure you don't miss out once they are back in stock.
